MEET DR. MATTHEW LANG

Center Valley dentist Dr. Matt Lang is a graduate of Moravian College and Temple University School of Dentistry. After dental school, he spent 3 years serving in The United States Air Force Dental Core. He continues to remain active in the United States Air Force Reserves. Since his return from the Air Force, Dr. Matt has dedicated over 100 hours to attending and graduating from the world-renowned Misch International Implant Institute, which includes the prosthetic and surgical portions of implant dentistry.

His continued goal is to keep up to date with all aspects of dentistry.

He strives to provide all his patients with the best dental care and experience they deserve. Dr. Matt is a diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, and a member of the ADA, PDA, and LVDS. Growing up in Bethlehem, PA, he is a loving husband and a proud father of two daughters.

MEET DR. DAMIEN REN

Dr. Damien Ren grew up in Orlando, Florida, and went to the University of Central Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology. He then moved to Philadelphia, Pa, and completed his doctoral degree at Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry with Summa Cum Laude Honors. Now in private practice, he is a general dentist with a goal to create beautiful smiles through comfortable, convenient care.

Dr. Damien is dedicated to continuing education with all aspects of dentistry and is currently Invisalign certified and a member of ADA and PDA.

Dr. Damien and his fiancé, Sandy, are avid outdoor enthusiasts and spend the weekends hiking or exploring festivals in the Lehigh Valley area. He also can’t say no to a movie or a game night with friends. He is excited to share his dental expertise and provide excellent and professional dental care.

  My quality of life has drastically improved since I found Center Valley Dental. I had issues with my previous dentist. I came to Center Valley Dental with a failed root canal with infection that deteriorated some of the bone. Dr. Damien Ren removed the tooth and cleaned up the infection. I had no pain during this procedure. The doctor and staff were completely calm and my comfort was their top priority.  After that my bone was built up and Dr. Matthew Lang replaced the tooth Dr. Damien Ren extracted with a dental implant. This took a few visits to ensure the extraction healed, the rod was set and the final tooth was attached to the rod. Throughout all of this I had no pain during the procedures.

During my visits I had conversations with Dr. Matthew Lang about my bite alignment being off. I have always had pains in my neck, headaches and tightness in my jaw daily. There were actually knots in the muscle of my jaw. I always attributed this to stress. Dr. Matthew Lang pointed out that it’s all tied to my bite being off. I am so grateful that Dr. Matthew Lang took the time to explain everything to me. He was patient and calm throughout the process. It has been about 6 months since my bite alignment and I feel fantastic. The pain in my neck, the headaches, the knots in my jaw…all gone. It’s amazing. I would have never thought any of that was tied to my bite alignment.

  I've always had a dental phobia due to the many bad experiences I've had with dentist's in the past
I wanted to change some old fillings not necessary but I wanted to change them.. so I went to one of the chain Dental offices 😢and the dentist convinced me to have my teeth pulled out in the back.
I figured at my age I would just go ahead and get dentures as it turns out I was not comfortable with dentures they didn't fit properly were cutting my gums they were adjusted several times to no avail. I went to other dentists to try to get them replaced or repaired to no avail One day in my frustration I googled dentists in Lehigh valley and reluctantly I chose Center valley Dental
I had no choice but to call and make an appointment because I had no back teeth and I was chewing on my front teeth for over a year causing damage to them.
I'm so happy I made that appointment!
I am forever grateful to Dr. Matt, Samantha and the rest of the staff at center valley dental.
The office is immaculate the staff is compassionate, caring, kind and considerate of their patients.
It turned out I had to have a sinus lift a bone graft and several implants! Me, the person who was petrified of the dentist!
Well Dr. Matt made me so comfortable my experience was a welcoming one he and Samantha are an amazing team
I was very nervous and I was made very comfortable throughout the process.  Fast-forward, here I am six implants later and I never experienced any pain not even during my recovery process!
I thought I would have pain, swelling, discomfort absolutely none of that. There was a little sensitivity but at the advice of doctor Matt I bought sensodyne toothpaste and I haven't had an issue
I will be back next year Dr.Matt to complete my other implants thank you!

They are friendly, courteous, compassionate, ,knowledgeable & they actually care about their patients.
The caliber of dental care here is second to none.
I was faced with a dental crisis b/c another dentist messed my mouth up . They made me a set of dentures that didn’t fit. Other dentist I tried would not attempt to fix my problem. I had very little bone.
I could not eat solid foods b/c I could not chew.I lost 20 lbs. & was malnourished I looked awful w/o dentures. So my self esteem was shattered.
Then I found Dr.Matt & the Center Valley Dental team.
Dr.Matt utilized his expertise giving me implants that now snap onto my dentures.
Within 4 months time I got my life back !!
